How do I place an order?
You can place an order through our website easily. Simply select the product you are wishing to purchase and click on the 'Buy' button. Once you have completed your shopping you can click on the 'View' button on the top right-hand side of your screen. This will take you to the checkout, where you are able to modify your order before submitting it. You will receive a confirmation email following your order. Please ensure that you check it for accuracy. We cannot take responsibility for errors made during the ordering process, for example if you provided us incorrect delivery address. So please ensure that your order corresponds with your wishes. If not, please contact us ASAP via email or use contact us form.

Free Shipping within Australia for orders over $80 !
Australia regular Delivery which cost $7.95 for all orders under $80
Australia express Delivery which cost $12.95 if you need your order in a hurry;
Do you offer gift wrapping?
Yes, we offer free gift wrapping services, please leave a comment in the message box during check out.
Do you have return policy?
Yes, we hope you will love our product. If however, you need to make a return. We pride ourselves on hassle-free returns.
Of course, items must be returned unworn / unused with proof of purchase.
Where you've changed your mind, we'll happily exchange or refund but ask you to cover postage. For faulty items, we'll happily exchange or refund and will cover the postage charges. You must contact us within 14 days of receipt of the goods to arrange an exchange or refund. Please note that refunds can take up to 30 days to be processed.
