Delivery

Zazzi boutique offers FREE shipping on all orders over $80 for delivery within Australia. For orders with a total value of less than $80, we charge a flat rate of $7.50 for delivery within Australia. Orders will be posted within 48 hours and will generally arrive in 2-3 business days. Note: deliveries to regional and remote areas may take longer. Once your order has been processed, Zazzi will send you a confirmation email.

Product Returns

In the event that you wish to return and/or exchange an item, please contact Zazzi boutique within 14 days of purchase via email to info@zazzi.com.au In your email please provide us with the details of the item purchased and the reason you wish to return or exchange it. We will happily replace the item for you if we have another in stock, or refund the purchase price.

Please note: return/exchange items must be unused and unworn.

Postage to return an item to Zazzi is at your expense. In the event of a damaged item Zazzi will reimburse you the postage price for returning the item and send a replacement, if available, at no cost to you. 

Incorrect Address

If an incorrect address is provided or a parcel is returned to Zazzi an extra postage fee will be charged at customers expense to send the item again to the correct address. Please check your address carefully when placing your order.
